1. Can you ship goods to my PO box?
- Generally most of the couriers can not deliver to PO box.So please offer us an street address.
2. What is your shipping methods?
Due
to difference circumstances in different countries at different time,
we have to use our discretion in choosing our courier. We use EMS,USPS, DHL,
FedEx, TNT and UPS as the shipping method.When you place an order,we
will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the
availability of your items.
Time of transit varies depending
on where you are located and where your package is coming from. For some
of a little outlying districts,the delivery time may be delayed a few
days.Thanks for your understanding!
3. Do I Have To Pay VAT / Sales Tax?
We do not add any additional charges or taxes.
4. How Long Will It Take To Deliver?
The Total delivery time is separated into two parts, the processing time and the shipping time.
The
processing time is the time from when your payment is received to when
we gather all the items and package them, which takes approximately 1 to
3 working days.
The shipping time is the time it takes for
the package to be delivered by the couriers to the final destination.
Standard shipping time takes approximately 4 to 7 working days.
What is your Return Policy?
We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in the best condition.
Before
returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are
having 90% of the time we are able to sort out the problem, without you
having to send anything back.
(1). Return and FULL Refund
--Products
with quality problems, if notified in 5 days (from the date products
were received) will be returned and FULL refunded.
--Customer will send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we will give a Full refund in 24hours.
(2). Replacement
--Products
with quality problems, if notified within 10 days (from the date
products were received) will be returned and replaced.
--Customer
will send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we
will replace it with new ones and ship them back in 24hours.
(3). We cannot give a refund such as:
I made a wrong order myself.
I dont like the products now.

Returns
All
items sent back to us must be in their original condition, not
worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Dirty items will be
returned to the customer, without evaluation.
We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right
order package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling
costs. Additionally, All packages should be sent via a trackable method,
such as US Mail Delivery Confirmation, UPS, or Federal Express. we are
not responsible for packages lost in transit.
All returned merchandise should be sent to the shipping address we
email you.Once we receive the item back, we will ship your requested
exchange item back to you without charging any additional shipping fees.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days to complete your return or exchange.
Exchanges
We will accept exchanges for a wrong size or color within 15 days
of the original invoice date. Please contact us with your Order ID and
one of our team members will help you.If you would like to exchange
items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a
refund(as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you
prefer.
You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent
back to us must be in their original condition,not worn, altered or
washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned
back to you.
We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be
responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling
cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you
add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own
protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and
handling charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has
been dispatched.Cause that we process all orders as quickly as possible
within 24-48hours after orderss placing, so we are not always able to
cancel an order after it is placed. Hope yoou can understand in this key
point.Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be
treated in accordance with our Return policy.
